Hereford’s appraisals comply with the Appraisal Foundation’s current Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), the Congressionally recognized set of appraisal standards promulgated by The Appraisal Foundation. Kimberly adheres to the American Society of Appraisers' strict Code of Ethics, thereby ensuring unparalleled standards of ethics, conduct and professionalism.  All reports are confidential and no part of the report will be released to anyone without the client’s written permission. Ethical standards require that no appraisal be guided by an interest in the property. Kimberly does not authenticate or appraise collections in order to purchase them directly or act as a broker.
